Provider Portal: New Enhancements

We are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our provider portal users. We are excited to reveal the newest enhancements to our provider portal that help streamline your work:  

  • Providers can now edit previously submitted authorizations. This includes the ability to return to and upload attachments, such as medical records.
  • Authorizations now have improved real-time status. You can quickly look up the status of an authorization without having to call us.
  • The portal now shows a more accurate depiction of the status of an authorization: Partially Approved.
