  Welcome Phone Call
Expect a Welcome Phone Call from our team within 30 days of enrolling. During this call, we will confirm if you received your materials, review your benefits, and more. Don't worry - If we call when you are busy, you can always schedule a call back whenever its more convenient for you!

  ID Card and Welcome Kit
Your ID Card and Welcome Kit should arrive within 10 days after your enrollment is confirmed. If you do not receive your materials, let us know during your Welcome Call as we can send another set your way.

  Benefits Overview
You will receive a pamphlet in the mail that explains which services your plan covers. We will also text you a link to a webpage that outlines these benefits.

On April 22, 2024, UnitedHealth Group issued a press release, providing an update on the Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2024. Given the size of the data impacted, the investigation to determine whose data is impacted is expected to take several months. UnitedHealth Group believes this situation will impact “a substantial proportion of people in America” and is offering immediate credit monitoring and identity protection services, as well as a dedicated contact center to address questions. Visit Change Healthcare Cyberattack Support and/or reach out to the contact center at 1-866-262-5342 regarding any questions.
